It’s fall, which means it is FOOTBALL Season!! Tailgating, bar-be-que’s, backyard scrimmages and of course, harassing the opposing team’s fan’s…sound familiar? The only thing I don’t enjoy about Football season is the extra inches I gain around my waist! So, if you are like me, you will appreciate a recipe that cuts down the calories and makes everyone happy!
What did I do it? Well, what I always do! I take an old’ favorite recipe and tweak it by using better, leaner, healthier ingredients! Let’s dissect ye’ old “Quesadilla” and change it up a bit! Nix a few calories here and there, cut back on some cheese…and any other heavy ingredients. That’s it. So easy anyone can do it.
