Lemon Vanilla Mousse
Sweet and tangy lemon vanilla mousse with optional granola on top and a drop of Lemon Essential Oil!

  1. Place can of coconut cream in the fridge to chill overnight. This allows the mousse to whip up
  2. In a blender whip up the cream until it becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Once coconut cream is fluffy, add in the lemon essential oil, along half of the lemon’s juice
  4. Add the vanilla extract, whipping the cream until all of the ingredients are blended
  5. Place the mousse in the fridge to keep it chilled until you are ready to serve!
