Easy Berry Chia Pudding
I admit. It is not easy getting kids to eat new and exotic foods. Unless….they are sweet! Our Berry Chia Pudding is both easy and pretty darn tasty. Plus, it only takes a few (six to be exact) ingredients, most of which you probably already have in your pantry.
Even though we call this recipe “pudding”, I do not have a problem serving it at breakfast, for a quick mid-day sweet tooth attack or an after dinner treat. Why? Well, because this sweet little dish is not loaded with sugar like most desserts! Yes, this is a win, win for all so let’s get to it!
