You’re busy. Your list is never complete. You know exercising a few times a week is important. The last thing you have time for is to drive to the gym, work out, drive home, change and then finally get on with your day. This scenario happens to everyone, including me! So what are we supposed to do? Not let excuses stop us that’s for sure!
Recently I decided that I don’t want to go to a gym, and I am pretty tired of the same old gym equipment. I wanted something simplistic, accessible and efficient. Thank goodness I found an excellent website called www.greatest.com. Greatist.com is a site that promotes greener, healthier and mindful living (sound familiar?)
As I explored their site I found a unique “At home” workout video created by a company called Grokker. As it turns out, Grokker has a whole library of workouts!! SCORE!! I thought WOW, this could be a solution to staying on top of my busy schedule without giving up exercise time!! Happy girl!! This video provides an effective and moderately challenging 22 minute workout! How awesome is that?!?
What to expect.
Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds, so your body is constantly being surprised as your heart rate moves up!
Grokker explains that, “the exercise moves are designed to raise your heart rate, build strength with your own body weight, and increase your mobility with stretches.”
As the video moves along, the instructor does an amazing job walking the viewers through each exercise, position and what they should be feeling as the exercise is done.
