We all hear it. We all have intentions to do it. We all agree, the habit of routine exercise is NOT easy!
Today’s world is fast paced and packed with “To Do” lists that are a mile long. Here is my question. If we have the time to schedule every second of our day, why can’t we seem to squeeze in 30 minutes for something sooooo important?
Exercise – just like an apple a day, 30 minutes of light to moderate exercise can also keep the doctor away.
In the age of laptops, IPads and cell phone App’s galore, if you need a little help getting motivated it is out there!! I challenge you to try something new, log your progress, find an accountability partner and most of all GET MOVING!
