April Exercise Challenge
I am always in search of new techniques to get some exercise in at home because I don’t always have time to drive to the gym, complete a decent work out routine, and then drive home. While spending a little time on Instagram, I discovered a video with Kaisa Keranen working out at home using no more than a couple dish rags under her feet and a stack of toilet paper rolls. Intrigued? Absolutely!
A little about Kaisa Keranen
Kaisa is a Movement Coach, and believe me; this girl has some serious moves! As stated on her About Me page,
“I believe that we are made to move and as a Movement Coach, I emphasize that health is a feeling and not an image. Motivation is built into all of us – our bodies want to move.
