Everywhere I look there is an ad talking about Matcha! From my Instagram feed to my Facebook ads. My Crazy Green World was full of Matcha Madness, of course I was determined to find out why. So, here is my attempt to explain just what this green powder IS and why the world has gone Matcha CRAZY!
Simply put, Matcha is natural, organic caffeinated green tea. Matcha is made by finely stone grinding the tea leaves which makes the bright green powder we see in stores.
